Wild Meadow photography is a wedding and elopement photography team led by me, owner, lead photographer, editor, and your main point of contact throughout your entire experience. While i personally guide communication, planning, editing, and final gallery delivery, I'm supported by a trusted team of associate photographers who allow us to serve more couples without sacrificing quality, consistency or care.
As your photography team ,our hope is that you walk away from your experience feeling genuinely seen, supported and celebrated. After you inquire, I'll personally reach out to you via text & email with my pricing guide. From there, here's what you can expect:
1.Consultation: We will talk about your wedding plans, answer any questions you may have, and ensure we are a great fit. This can be through text, email, or scheduling a consult call.
2. Booking: I'll send over a quote based on your needs. Once you are ready, securing your date is easy with a signed contract and retainer.
3. Planning & Support: From timeline guidance to engagement session details, I'll be there to help make the photography process seamless and stress-free.
4. Your wedding day: I'll be there to capture every heartfelt moment allowing you to be fully present while I document your love story.
5.Beautifully delivered images: After your wedding you will receive sneak peaks within 24-48 hours, and full gallery in 6-8 weeks, filled with timeless images to relive your special day for years to come.

Two photographers are included in all our packages.

Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! We love capturing love stories in beautiful locations. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside of my travel radius. Contact us for a custom quote.

How far in advance should we book you?
We recommend booking as soon as your date is secured. Most couples book 12 months in advance, especially during peak season.
